RULES AND BYLAWS

1. Dark Promises MC, will be your only active Crew. Any knowledge of you being active in another Crew/MC will get you an automatic termination of colours. This is the main rule, if you want to be a part of this organization, prove it, show it, always wear your colours!!!

2. Brothers shall not fight each other with weapons; when any Dark Promises Outlaw fights another Dark Promises Outlaw, it is one on one, prospects same as members. breaking above rule could result in punishment or possible loss of patch.

3. If you don't help out the Club in its activities and you use the Club solely for your benefit, you will be warned. No second chance.

4. Do as you say or walk the line.

5. Any Dark Promises Outlaw losing privilege of wearing colours will also lose privilege of voting and ruling over prospects.

6. Absolutely no talking about Club business to persons outside the Club. No talking about Club business over any telephone.

7. Any Prospects or Hangarounds will have NO face clothing equipped, Or have a stupid hair colour.

8. Leather jackets/cuts will be worn at all times with the club patches, fail to do so and get your ass beat / ALL PROSPECTS MUST WEAR THE BROWN LEATHER CUT.

9. During funeral runs, no one will pack a passenger, patch must be seen.

10. Club Meetings are Mandatory, you will be notified in advance, Miss 3 and you are gone.

11. Prospects will watch all bikes when members are at Club functions, in bars, and anywhere the senior member present deems necessary.

12. There will be a Club ride after Church once a week. The President will lead the pack.

13. Never turn your back on the club.

14. ANY DISRESPECT TO A HIGH RANKING MEMBER OR OFFICER WILL HAVE PUNISHMENTS

15. Members must remain active in-game, and on our Discord.

16. Everyone must be in the lounge when playing GTA V Online.

17. If you miss an event, then you will have one day added to your promotion time.

18. If you miss 3 events. (ex :if you are absent for X3 Fight Nights and still have made a post in the absent chat, you may be punished.)

19) Crew killing, and Cop Bringing is an instant breach of the rules! (1st offence = Warning / 2nd offence = Punishment)

Dark Promises MC Weapon Rules

If Members are in combat against an opponent who is driving or flying an armored vehicle and/or aircraft, DARK are ONLY THEN ALLOWED to use either a RPG or Sticky Bomb to destroy that opposing vehicle and/or aircraft. Once the opponent is out of the vehicle and on foot, DARK then MUST IMMEDIATELY return to FULL 1%ER RULES. Taking advantage or "abusing" this rule will result in immediate disciplinary action and/or complete club exile.
